The question every business owner should revisit.

This week marked the start of our 8-week Group Coaching Programme — and what a group of women we have.

Truly inspirational.
Women who are already amazing at what they do, but who want to sharpen their business knowledge and build businesses that give them the time and freedom they started out chasing.

During our first session, I asked them to really go back to the beginning and reflect on a simple but powerful question:

👉 Why did you start your business?

Because here’s the truth…

As business owners, it’s so easy to get lost in the day-to-day.
The never-ending to-do list.
The firefighting.
The admin.
The constant juggle.

And in all of that noise, we often forget the very reason we started in the first place.

For many of us, it was about more time.
More financial freedom.
More control over our lives.

But somewhere along the way, we find ourselves with less of both.

So as we head into the weekend, I’d encourage you to take a quiet moment to reflect:

Why did you start your business?
Does the business you have today align with that original vision?
And if not — what could you re-engineer, simplify, or change to bring yourself back to it?

Sometimes it’s not about pushing harder, but about pausing long enough to realign.

Wishing you a restful and reflective weekend.

Cherie
