Guess who slid into my DMs this weekend (and it wasn’t human!)

This weekend I received several messages through social media — not unusual for me — but this time, I knew I was speaking to AI.

Now, anyone who knows me (or is one of my clients!) will know just how much I love ChatGPT.
Ever done a dream analysis with it? You should — it’s fascinating! 😅

There are so many incredible things coming from AI that we can use in our businesses — tools that make us more efficient, reduce overheads, and save time. The list really does go on.

But… we can’t forget the human element in our businesses.

AI is brilliant for quick replies — an acknowledgement of an email, a short message, or answering a simple question — but when I’m having a conversation, I still want it to be two-way, with the actual person who reached out to me.

One of the messages I got this weekend said:

Well, that was the giveaway! 😂

I did chat with the AI bot for a short while and told it:

Hopefully, it’s saved that in its memory bank for next time!

The point is, AI is here to stay — and it’s going to make a huge difference to how we all work.

But it’s not about replacing humans — it’s about using it smartly so you can spend more time doing the parts of your business that really need you.
