From Nosey Distractions to Focused Action.
If you read last weeks Newsletter you will know I was away at The Implementor with The Entrepreneurs Circle — two full days of nothing but deep, focused implementation time in my business.
Now, I have to say I haven’t concentrated that hard in one go since I was at university!
Back then, I always had to study at home because I’d get so easily distracted — people walking by, someone coughing two rows down… I was far too nosey to stay focused and don’t get me started on how much me and my friends liked to chat! 😂
So it genuinely surprised me just how much I got done over those two days — and how fast the time flew.
Was I shattered afterwards? Absolutely.
But most importantly, I achieved exactly what I set out to do:
✅ I fully mapped out the customer journey for every service in my business.
Why does that matter?
Because as your business grows and you take on more clients, it becomes impossible to keep it all in your head.
You want your customers to feel seen, supported and valued — but without structure, things slip.
Now, every part of my client experience is mapped:
➡️ Some steps are automated.
➡️ Some are reminder-based.
➡️ All are intentional.
Touch points, follow-ups, check-ins, checklists — so that every single client feels that I care about them, their business, and the service they’re receiving.
Because let’s be honest…
When someone chooses to spend their hard-earned money with you instead of a competitor — they want to feel special.
And they should.
So I’ll ask you:
👉 Do you have your customer journey clearly mapped out?
👉 How do you make your customers feel truly looked after?
If that part of your business still feels a bit reactive or a bit “in your head,” maybe now’s the time to sort it. It doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to be thought through.
I promise, it makes all the difference.
Other News...

Despite the 10-hour round trip and two days of full-on brain power last week, I decided to pop along to the Entrepreneur Circle local meeting in Glasgow last Wednesday evening. (I’ve missed so many recently from being away!)
And I’m so glad I did — because I was awarded Entrepreneur of the Month! 🙌
This was in recognition of the launch of my 10-person group coaching programme, which has had over 250 applications so far. I’m honestly blown away.
I’m still working my way through all the applications — so if you’re one of the lovely ladies who applied, thank you for your patience!
Here’s to a week of doing less guessing — and more mapping.
Speak soon,
Cherie
