A year ago this was just an idea... today it’s something incredible.

When this lands in your inbox, I’ll be getting ready to head into the final session of the Glasgow Women’s Growth Accelerator for 2025.
And honestly… I can't quite believe it.
This time last year, this programme was just an idea. A scribble on a notepad. A “wouldn’t it be amazing if…?”
Fast forward 12 months and two cohorts of incredible female business owners have now graduated from the programme.
It has absolutely flown in, and I can hands-on-heart say it has been more than I could ever have wished for.
Yes, the programme has given the women the practical support, the clarity, the marketing foundations, and the systems they needed…
But above all of that, it has given them something even more powerful:
👉 Confidence.
👉 Belief.
👉 A room full of women who genuinely “get it.”
I think the thing that has brought me the most joy is the relationships and friendships that have formed in that room. Watching a group of women support, encourage, lift, and relate to one another has been nothing short of incredible.
I’m so unbelievably grateful for every woman who has trusted me with their business journey.
And while the next cohorts don’t begin until January 20th, I won’t be putting my feet up (heaven forbid!).
Yes, I’ll still be supporting my 1–1 clients, but I’ll also be taking this time to:
✨ Review the last two cohorts
✨ Reflect on what worked really well
✨ Identify what I want to improve
✨ Tighten up the onboarding journey
✨ Enhance the touchpoints throughout the programme
Because every round of this programme makes the next one even stronger — and this year’s reflections actually led to me launching an additional PM session in January, something I’m really excited for.

If December tends to be a quieter period in your business (especially if you’re B2B), then it’s the perfect time to sit down and review:
What services worked well this year?
What didn’t work quite so well?
What would you like to change?
Does your customer journey need tightening?
Where can things feel smoother, simpler, or more efficient?
And if you’re B2C and gearing up for your busiest time — block some time out in January to do this.
Future you will thank you for it.
